Disclaimer: By scheduling or requesting any services offered by Tracy Olsen in any way related to coaching, psychic & mediumship readings, mediumship sittings, spiritual/psychic/mediumship development training, or when communicating with Tracy Olsen, and/or paying for any of her aforementioned services, you are stating that you have read this disclaimer and the terms of service, and that you fully understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:

Any information you receive from any and all communication or consultations with Tracy Olsen, and/or via this website or third party referrals is for spiritual, educational, inspirational and entertainment purposes only and is not intended to, nor should it ever, take the place of any medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice or services. As such, Tracy Olsen, will not be held liable for any decision, action, or inaction that you take based on the information shared on this website or in any communications with her, nor for any direct or indirect result thereof. At all times you remain fully responsible for your actions, decisions, choices, welfare and financial, physical, relational, material, emotional, spiritual and mental wellbeing.

You declare that you consent to receive any of these services and are at least 18 years old at the time of purchasing and receiving services from Tracy Olsen, and that you are sufficiently fit and healthy - mentally, emotionally and physically to do so safely and responsibly. You agree to hold completely blameless and absolutely indemnify Tracy Olsen, her business and practice, and this website, blog and podcasts from any and all possible losses, liabilities and/or damages that may arise, either directly or indirectly, from the use of her services or any communications with her.

Terms of Agreement

By scheduling or requesting any services offered by Tracy Olsen in any way related to coaching, psychic & mediumship readings, mediumship sittings, spiritual/psychic/mediumship development training or events, or when communicating with Tracy Olsen, and/or paying for any of her aforementioned services, you are stating that you consent to receive these services and have read the disclaimer and the terms of service, and that you fully understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:

Payment:

When you purchase services provided by Tracy Olsen, you agree to the terms of payment. The fee for all services is due in advance by electronic bank transfer or through a secure, online payment system. Until payment has been received for a reading, event or session, appointments and places are not confirmed.

Please note, payments are non-refundable, unless: Tracy Olsen is unable to attend your appointment; Tracy Olsen is unable to establish a reliable connection to the spirit world in the first 10 minutes of your appointment; you make it known in the early stages of your appointment that you are not sufficiently satisfied with the services being received. Refunds for events are only made if Tracy Olsen cancels the event for any reason.

Cancellation of an appointment is not a basis for refunding a payment. All services are provided “as-is” with no warranties, expressed or implied.

Booking:

On booking any online or in-person service with Tracy Olsen you take entire responsibility for ensuring you attend on time, are suitably fit to attend, have the required internet connection, technical resources needed, and suitable environment for your appointment. Services cannot be rescheduled due to technical difficulties, absence, or lateness.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Cancellations are non-refundable. You may, however, gift or transfer any paid and unused reading, consultation or session to a friend or family member by prior agreement with Tracy Olsen.

Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48hrs prior notice. The same appointment cannot be rescheduled a second time and, at that point, failure to attend will result in your payment being forfeited without any refund.

In the unlikely event Tracy Olsen is unable to attend your appointment, you will be entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price, or to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

Conduct:

Reproduction, sale, copying, duplication, or exploitation of any part of the services/offerings provided without written consent from Tracy Olsen is prohibited.

Inappropriate intoxication or abusive behavior towards Tracy Olsen, or any other participants involved in an event or session will result in the service being withdrawn or terminated without refund.
